The DuroTech™-Series is well-suited for use in production applications offering a durable dual ram pump with a steel reservoir and protective steel shroud.
DuroTech pumps have a long-life and are fully serviceable. The dual ram pump action offers high-oil capacity and automatic pressure control. Additionally, it requires no air lubrication, runs cool, and has reduced noise levels. “One key feature to this product is the reciprocating, dual ram piston pump,” said Douglas Lacina, Enerpac’s Workholding Commercial and Engineering Leader. “Every time the piston moves it creates flow, meaning less reciprocating versus single ram systems for more flow and longer life.”
“Shop air is connected to the built-in pressure regulator where the operator can adjust the air pressure, in turn setting the maximum hydraulic oil pressure. The air is ported through a built-in air shut-off valve to the air pump. With the air shut-off valve open, the pump automatically turns on and off to obtain and then maintain the customer selected hydraulic pressure,” added Lacina.
